Red She Said (Or Maybe Pink)

December 7, 2012 § Leave a comment

Oh dear. It’s December. I don’t know about you, but I’ve already gotten sick of Christmas music whenever I go out. Ho hum. Bah humbug. Now don’t get me wrong, I’m good with the season, I like presents. I don’t like shopping malls much (even when it’s NOT Christmastime) and I don’t like traffic or feeling like I need to decorate when we are still rebuilding our house from the damn flood of 2005.  I just want to have a nice cocktail with my husband, some chocolate, and um, jewelry. Maybe red, to go with the season.

I’ve made some things that I think would be perfect for the 25th, and these particular picks would also transit well into February, for say, Valentine’s Day. Really good investments, if you ask me.

Here are some of my personal suggestions to all those clued out men out there. Clicking on a photo takes you directly to the shop!

Pick #1:Deep pink and green watermelon tourmaline earrings. Set in 22K gold with sterling silver.

Pick #6Wanga Talisman Necklace with Pink Tourmalines Spessartite Garnets (for good luck when given as a gift, constant affection and loyalty) and an Ammonite fossil (the unending spiral of life - holds the power of wisdom).

Pick #6

Pink tourmalines bring deep comforting “love energy”, they represent peace and love, joy, spirituality and understanding. Sounds pretty Christmassy to me!

Merry Christmas! Or, Happy WhateverUCelebrate!
